Yes my post is 100% bias, that doesnt mater one bit, why? Because these are being made for the fans. If for some bizarre reason they are made for general people who might not be fans, then that just confirms my sugar coating beliefs.

You complain to me that I am bias, yet your sig and avatar is 100% anime.

My statement has no backings? I watched the bloody trailer. I've seen the "promotional" materials. Its not being true to the story. Since when have you see MC flying, no gliding through the air with such grace? No where, apart from poorly thoughtout anime.

If it fully fits the Halo series, then I will accept it, if it was an animated graphical novel I would be praising it. Anime however, is completely different and I believe will not suit the Halo style one bit, it will dumb down the seriousness and the true despair that occurs in the story.

If your going to expand on a story, that has been around for years. They need to stay true to the series and true to the style of story telling for the series.

Edit: I think we might be on a separate page here. I assumed that when you posted you meant that anime wouldn't be able to portray those separate qualities qualities well. If you mean that anime won't be able to portray the Halo universe, I may not 100% agree with you, but I understand that.

Its like if the teletubies were to do a drugs campaign. You might take it in, but at the end of the day, its still the teletubies right?

I think its aparent that I'm not a fan of animies, I just see it making the Halo series look like a fool, look very childish. Because at the end of the day the majority of animie is childish.

Limited, you're acting as if you know exactly what you're talking about. Do you have all of the information to make a claim about majorities, or are you just accepting the "anime is for kids" stereotype brought fourth to you?

WRONG SIR. A majority of it is grim, and not suitable for little childrens. I just think they picked the wrong studios to do this. Anime can be very well-done, or it can butcher awesome stuff. In this case, I think it might do the latter, but I will reserve my judgement, because I am a fan of well-made anime...

Mainstream anime has been saturated with childish anime that has taken the true essence of anime away. Its the editing and dubbing that really strikes me as the core of what I class as childish.

Um no, childish doesnt always mean kids. Why were cartoons invented? To help adults express their "childish" thoughts but some was also aimed at children, wasnt the whole reason but it was one contributing factor.
