No, it's not. If this is allowed to continue, they'll start blocking other sites we don't hate.
Really, all the internet needs to do in order to convince AT&T that they're being idiots is to send them a bunch of e-mails that they're changing services due to the implications of this blacklisting. If they're threatened with a large enough loss of potential profits, they'll pull back.
