Fuck, so the second 245B that I ordered from NCIX got damaged while they were transfering it between warehouses. They offered me a Samsung 2443BW as a replacement, which actually has slightly better specs but it's a different bezel. I'm going to try and get them to get me a 245B or 245BW from Samsung if they can...

Ugh, they told me to try and contact Samsung directly as an end-user. Apparently NCIX can't get any more from Samsung because they're discontinued... Here's hoping Samsung has some open box/refurbished models lying around their warehouses somewhere.
