I tried Vimeo, it's doing the exact same thing as YouTube, uploading extremely quickly, yet not actually uploading anything. I have no idea what the fuck is causing this.

How big is the file after you export? I've had a similar problem, and I realized that the file being exported was corrupt some how. It was only a few mb when it should have been much bigger. Therefore it uploaded quickly, but never actually worked.
