How To Name LOD's?

Ok, I need to know how to name LOD's for GBXmodels.

Is it "<permutation> <lod>" or "<lod> <permutation>".

-edit- forgot to mention, here are some examples of the lod cutoff numbers you need to enter into the gbxmodel once its created.
