Here's the return of the tourettes guy in better quality.

I realize Tourettes Guy is just a character, but it kind of irritates me how they "killed him off," said he died in a car crash, and now they're bringing him back saying "He just got out of jail!" Either he was dead or he was in jail. He really couldn't be both. :\

Also, if anyone thinks Tourettes Guy is real, they are completely retarded. The "son" can't act at all. His voice gives away the fact that it's completely fake.

Well about the tourettes guy being dead, the official camera man or webmaster never said he was dead, but nor did he say he was in jail. The tourettes guy being dead in a car accident in 2007 was just a rumor made up by the fans on a blog, which went widespread. I'm still not sure if he's actually making up the tourettes but I don't care because it's hilarious. As for the son, his voice is cut out of the videos and put in by somebody else's, as he wants to remain anonymous as said in one of the videos.
