I play airsoft as a hobby, I take photos and video of it for fun and so others in the airsoft group I play with have that much more media to enjoy. I don't do it professionally and my video is shot with a DSLR, not a camcorder... It's hella hard to manually focus and zoom on fast paced action. NOW the discussion is over, since you seemed to have some type of misinformed stereotype on what airsoft videos "should be".
In any case, this is a Modacity Youtube thread. What do you expect people other than Ross to say when they see the video? It doesn't make for good entertainment, which is mainly what people come to this thread for.
