Oddball was already shitty enough in Halo 3 because of the speed reduction and instant kill melee attack, why go and make it even shittier? :S
e: has anyone had a chance to play some CTF or stockpile, and if so, do people still do the FLAG DROPPED, FLAG TAKEN, FLAG DROPPED, FLAG TAKEN thing?

I did one game of stockpile against a "there's a flag in this game?" team and I didn't try that crap, but I saw someone do it in a 1-flag CTF game. I forget if the flag still makes you move slow...
In stockpile, don't think there is..Havent noticed it, also when you pick a flag in stockpile, there is no hud indication of where flag is.

There should be a game option (not game feature, don't get your panties in a bunch) for punishing players who play fucking hot potato with the objective.
