Yep. They made a female spartan model base. It's like a very skinny male spartan but with a few different things, and no the chest isn't different :>

Acutely I hope you know the arms have different models for left and right, I got another screenshot that's just a normal female spartan model by default but it refuses to upload.

Please refrain from speaking unless you know what you are talking about. The chest models are different. Proof posted below, since you don't have the knowledge to extract the models yourself.

They gave it ass. The chest profile looks overall the same to me, so uh, please refrain from being a douche when the differences are minor enough that someone who hasn't played with the extracted model couldn't tell.
