Hale River and Thunder Mountains: new maps?

So, that map at the bottom of the update page. Noticing a large plot named "Mann's Land", as well as the "Hale River". Is it suggesting that the majority, if not the entirety, of TF2 takes place in Australia?

This would be the greatest thing ever.

Also, they disabled craft reclaimed and refined metals so does that mean if you didn't already have refined you can't possible get the wrench?

They didn't really, or at least not immediately. I crafted some scrap into reclaimed, and reclaimed into refined after reading that.

E: I wonder if blowing up your own sentry allows you to get revenge crits.

By craft reclaimed and refined, they mean that they disabled the feature that let you craft a refined metal into 3 reclaimed metals, and a reclaimed metal into 3 scrap metals. That would have been abused.
