Granting you can make a warthog a Hill in KoTH. I'm going to attempt to make a banshee a Hill, and give everyone else scorpions...I'm curious to see how that will turn out.

Think of it as scenery. A ton of games use forklifts and civilian vehicles as static environmental objects; Bungie just made it so that they were drive-able.

I doubt that you can resist the all-mighty awesomeness of the forklift. I, for one, will be using it as often as possible. Why? For shits and giggles
