The map has a bunch of zbuffered objects for the sake of being non-destructive since its only purpose now is to provide a gameplay mass-out for a map I am making. It's ok now, when I do "tool lightmaps DEElekgolo\derp\derp derp 0.4 0.7" it works fine.
