God I got sick of seeing fucking hayabusa katana setups everywhere. At least this I could tolerate.

I get the feeling we're not going to see any for a while, especially if the requirement includes armour effects.

(hayabusa shoulders are the only good shoulders, every other hayabusa piece including the katana sucks)

It includes armor effects? From what I understand it's all helmets which don't need special prerequisites themselves (ie, Waypoint) plus all their attachments.

Rumour has it that it's unlocked/downloaded on Campaign completion, but you have to be connected to XBL(and of course none of the people playing leaked copies are).
