I think it's in Halo Waypoint. I haven't checked Waypoint in a long time, so I'm re-downloading it now, but that's what a few searches have nailed me.
I know, I spent half an hour looking for that damn commentary.

Also WTF how did this guy level so quick and why does it say next rank is captain, if he's a general, the leutenait level requires 450k

One thing I didn't find however is how to set the halo CE badge (I entered my key on b.net)

I checked out Waypoint and didn't see anything suggesting commentary for Reach :\. So if it does get posted there, it won't be for a while I guess

just beat legendary by myself...last part of mission 10 is a bitch...fucking banshees are more accurate than the phantoms

also i cant get the survive a fall by assasinating an elite in that one mission, i keep pulling it off, but its not counting it

Playing my way through sp legendary now, on the third mission the bloody covenant are evil, they pan out in teams and hunt you down, I was hiding in a room with invisible on, and a team of 2 jackles and an elite walked past me , stayed in the room , looked around abit then walked off looking for me after I had just hit them and took out 2 grunts from their squad. Anyone else notice how smart the AI are?
