The Robotic Arm acts as a seperate chest piece. It comes with three chest pieces the Collar Variant I'm wearing, the Sapper Chest, and the Halo chest. You have to buy the original chest piece first, and then a second one with the robotic arm in place of your normal right arm. Collar Chest costs 8,000 and then the [R] Variant costs 75,000. Can be bought at Lt. Colonel. Hope that helps. It felt good to put that kid in his place with the neck snap.
Yeah, assassinations are pointless as fuck and a great way to get you killed, but it's so satisfying.

Seriously though, I've loved the CQB helmet since I first lay eyes on it before Halo 3 came out. It's far superior to it's CQC predecessor
