to mean you were running the jar files without using the exe (since the exe provides a nice little button to full-screen it like all other programs). If that's not what you meant then I appologisePfft, of course I'm not running in a browser...I'm running the jar files, so I can mod the files, sheesh

would be nice if there was a function to replace existing torches with lanterns though. if not a function, then maybe a little external hack like invedit that lets you load one of your worlds and replace all torches with lanterns. im sure we all agree that torches suddenly going out is going to cause massive problems for some people with big worlds.
MineEdit can replace blocks globally, but it hasn't been updated in a while.

I've been playing the game for a couple days now.
I wish there was a bed tile or something that I could craft, and use to skip to the next morning. I hate going outside in the dark and getting my shit wrecked. I know I could set the difficulty to Peaceful or something, but I'd rather not feel like a complete pussy.
