Saw that a few months ago, it's a really awesome concept but the tech just isn't there to actually make it into a viable phone for the consumer market yet.

There are two parts that actually bothers me, which is the trailing "and" in the end... either remove it completely and everyone should understand or keep the stuff there. Seriously guys.
The second part is that people take offense to the fact that gays and straights were removed- It's like people consider homosexuals as containing separate chromosomes.
It's all been blown out of proportion.
By that logic, we shouldn't have to specify that you can't kill a man because he's a different race than you either. Your point may be valid, but sometimes we must surpass logic and specify, because you know that somewhere, someone WILL kill a gay and plead innocent because it wasn't directly worded.
It won't affect anything because most countries act like, and know that the UN itself is pretty much a complete joke, and doesn't have the willpower to actually enforce those rules with force- it would just be "sanctions" against those countries which does nothing in the first place.
