Here's what I've been working on in my friend's SMP server. It's all legit.
The pit under my house's guest wing. Took my friend and I about 5 hours to dig and goes down to layer 10. That clump under my house is no longer there, made it to finish the underside.
The front view of my house. Landscaping is a WIP! Those reeds will be moved to the back yard eventually.
Rear view of my house, showing my back yard which will end up including some sort of garden/farm with trees.
Floor 3, the library.
Floor 2, central storage and processing.
First floor main entry with water feature, kinda like a nether portal...but water...
First floor lounge, similar to the one in my SP map that I posted here a while ago.
Guest wing hallway, featuring 4 rooms for other players in the server to customize as their own.
Inside of a guest room.
My room, don't know what I'm gonna do with the space yet. I'll probably bring that furthest wall in a bit to make more room in the storage floor.

On my server, nether portals are used for teleporting. Works out pretty well.
Is there some mod to make them do that or do they just do that on their own in MP?
It's a mod.
There are plguins to make them do it.
