I can imaging those crater lacks to form an interesting wetlands area. SOMEONE TERRAFORM MARS NOW DAMNIT.

Even if Mars was teraformed, the reason the planet lost it's atmosphere was because it's magnetic shield died off.
The problem is if the planet was teraformed the atmosphere might dissipate as it did before plus the huge amounts of radiation.
