I'm assuming that's some kind of joke?

I really never got the competitive players in SC2 that give a shit about rank placing and shit. I like SC2 because it's an awesome RTS that I can sit down with friends and have a good time playing. And you don't even need to know how to play it that well to have fun. Once it gets competitive it seems EVERY players attitude when playing SC2 goes downhill. We had a tournament last year at Fragapalooza and pretty much everyone in it did nothing but QQ.

Is all SC2 competitive play like that? Or is this video some kind of funny joke playing on the stereotype? I don't care enough about how good players are at SC2 to research this shit lol.

I'm apt to place the blame on competitive gaming in general. Competition is all about using research and (sometimes underhanded) tactics to gain the upper hand over your competitors. When applied to gaming, the fun is sucked right out of it, since it goes from screwing around to playing to win. When someone doesn't win, of course it's because the game is "broken".
