I think Bungie is holding off banning them for when they reach Inheritor...so everyone can laugh their asses off at how they wasted every single day for a year for nothing.
Oh lord, finished LASO finally with sevlag and my annoying ukraine friend and I didn't lag out this time! Sevlag kept getting fucked more then nine ways by concussion elites and the sword elite.

Not only does it appear they have Reach assets, but they also appear to have ODST assets. Quite possibly, that is all in-engine from the looks of it (the animations look mo-cap, which we all know the Reach pipeline now supports).
If I still lived in Texas, I'd launch an assault on RT's HQ.

I wouldn't be surprised if they have access to assets, Bungie loves the guys at Rooster Teeth. The Halo 2 lower-weapon functionality was added for them by request...
