The engine is one of the things I disliked most about Halo 3. It just feels so awkward, clunky, and slow compared to any other FPS. The aiming controls are really bad compared to Call of Duty or even other Halo games.

Seriously though, no armor abilities and no equipment. All that crap just clutters up the core gameplay and contributes to over engineering (Halo 3 shotgun with a 2 foot range). Halo never needed all this extra stuff to be fun.

It's the crosshair being in the middle of the lower half of the screen that fucks the aiming. It's what has been fucking the aiming since Halo 2. Why they couldn't just realign their origins to the centre of the screen like any other shooter still baffles me.

Also, all I have to say to that video, ExAm, is "FUCKING. LOL."

That's true. I'm just pointing out that the crosshairs being in one of the most retarded spots ever does not help the series at all. Halo is the ONLY series I've seen that puts the crosshair right there.
