I'm suddenly starting to think getting this for the 360 is saving me a whole lot of headache. Also I want the M40A5.

DICE quickmatches you to a leaked server,

threatens to ban you for playing the beta.

FYI supposedly the updated server files will be leaked tonight around midnight. Whether or not they require authentication with the EA backend like BFBC2's servers do...I don't know yet.

I wasn't planning on buying this game in the first place just because of pre-order weapon unlocks which I despise. Now I definitely won't be buying it and I'll recommend to every gamer I know not to buy it because of the shitty way these people treat their customers (Origin users).

What are you on about? The weapon unlocks are time-based exclusives and not pre-order exclusives. Also, I haven't heard of anyone actually being banned. I think it's more of an empty threat to discourage playing on unfinished gametypes. They are afraid people will look at how unfinished it it, despite it being a beta and then go say that the final game will be bugged to hell. The ignorance is rampant.

From what I've heard, caspian boarder was a lot more enjoyable than metro has been.
If true then DICE really are intent on causing trouble for themselves.

Oh, so threatening their customers for doing exactly what they were asked to do (beta test an unfinished game) doesn't count as treating them badly?

If DICE is concerned about people getting a bad opinion of a game based on unfinished gametypes, they are clearly oblivious to the state of the beta they've given us...

Lol, they absolutely cannot ban you from the retail version, for things you do in the BETA.
