Since I pre-ordered it, I figure there's no harm in saying that I have the leak. Trying to install now, with the crack, and the English fix.

This is a repeat of the Portal 2 BS. You can't do anything as long as the game is encrypted.

Autoplay runs Origin installer.

Origin asks for key.

Key obviously can't be authenticated.

No installation.

What exactly do you think a crack is?
A hack used to allow you to use programs you can't normally use without proper clearance.
The registry hack is just part of the crack for if you want it in english.

I see what you're saying, but who is going to create a hacked launcher just to play campaign for a primarily multiplayer game? Well, maybe if someone manages to make something that can launch you into the first mission, you can probably move through the game from there and tweak options from the in-game menus. I still can't see how that would happen, though.

All cracks so far are fake. If they weren't, we'd be seeing a massive overflow of videos and screenshots already.

I wonder if the Teknogods people would be up to it. Didn't they create the AlterIWNET for MW2? Then again that was more unlocking for features that were built-into the engine rather than creating interfaces and the such.

AlterIWNet is a completely separate group from Teknogods. AIW succeeded where Teknogods failed is more accurate.

They've also done AlterOPS now for BlOPS.

Oh right. But I read on the aIW forums that they stopped AlterOps for now. I don't understand why they need AlterOps when BlOps has dedicated servers and a server browser.
