From what I read they have less than 200 and don't plan on getting more than that since it would get too big. If they can manage it, I don't see the problem.

The only way I can imagine myself wanting to work at 343i is if I was helping to make another Halo RTS with the Phoenix engine (if only to continue burning the flame Ensemble started). I cannot imagine myself putting up with the shit I hear around that place, and the slope I see the franchise starting to slide down, by working on the same shit-different day. The Reach engine isn't THAT appealing. Just as the military benefits weren't THAT appealing to get me to re-enlist.
You can cover a turd in gold (ie, talent) but it's still a turd. I would rather not be gold clinging to shit.
Halo won't stay afloat forever either. Once MS dissolves 343i, it's off to wherever they put you.
