Just so you all know, Activision banned a bunch of Black Ops (or was it MW2?) keys that were sold online like this from one country and used in another. That's Activision though.

It's very easy for them to see that you have a foreign key to your country. However EA and DICE will likely be more lenient on this, and even if they weren't I'm sure a good sob story to support would solve your problem. "What do you mean my key is banned? My friend from Russia emailed me the key as a gift!!"

It says its Russian, does that matter if I am playing it in Canada? Or is it just the language?

Na man, it doesn't matter. I'm playing with the Russian Extended Edition. All I had to do was download the 1GB English files, pop it in the game's locale folder, and change the BF3 reg key to reflect the English file rather than the Russian ones. There are automated installers for all languages, too. The game is the same. Only thing that makes it different is the language you bought. Change that to English and it's no different from the English version, except you get SPECACT skins and some extra dog tags with the Russian Extended Edition

Well done bro. You're my new hero. I didn't think it was even possible to steal air vehicles like that, as I expected they'd plummet to the ground at full speed once the pilot dies!

Also, did your bullets penetrate the cockpit glass, or was the pilot just partially exposed?
