can't get any fucking kills so I can't unlock better weapons, great thing there are so many 23 point assists!!
accidentally walk into a fucking door party, killed by some random shit
enemy team full of fucking officers, can't get a god damn shot in if i wanted to
person steals tank while I'm repairing it
shoot .50mg all around a sniper to suppress him, get shot once and die.
knife a guy three times, he turns around and knifes me in one try.
oh whoops look there is a sniper glint, too bad I can't fucking do anything about it.

You have some real bad fucking luck. Surprisingly, I don't recall every being killed by a rocket launcher while on foot...yet. Couldn't say the same for CG noobers in BC2. The most frustrating thing so far is being spawned into the middle of crossfire after I selected an aircraft to spawn in. That is all.

I've unlocked quite a few weapons already and I'm still sticking with the base ones.

Just because the gun is unlocked at a higher level doesn't make it better. Plus, the iron sights are really open and clear on all the guns I tried, so the lack of an optic isn't an excuse either (not to mention it takes merely 10 kills to unlock the first optic).

The gun I have clocked the most kills on the AKS-74u, and that's a beginner weapon.

I've played the majority of 4 hours with the AKS-74u, have 9 kills so far. The only way I can get kills with a weapon in any game is if it has a high rof because I control a mouse like I'm autistic. Not one of the smart ones, either.

Yesss I just started using it yesterday; no idea why I wasn't using it before then. So easy to find people hiding in bushes/rocks etc

To be fair, people were trying to get their stars with the rocket launchers in BC2. The only way to do that is to get kills with it. Blame DICE for making it so damn enticing.

Also, the UI in BF3 looks pretty shit. It handles like ass on 360, it's clunky to change class loadouts, and you can't exit the game from the End Game lobby. Then there are your on-screen indicators: the letter for the control point under attack doesn't flash (only on the minimap does it do this), and the indicator also doesn't do a good job of telling you who is capping. In BC2 you had a blue bar and a red bar, in BF3 it's only red if it's already owned by the enemy. It doesn't show a red bar rotating around the letter. It's frustrating.

Oh, and on PC, the chatbox is fucking huge. Dafuq?

BF3 has service stars AND dogtags for getting 1 star and 5 stars; that seems even more enticing so I'm surprised we haven't seen more RPG abuse.

Thermals are cheap on everything in this game. I'm grinding like mad to get the thermal view for chopper gunner. That thing sees everything. I thought I posted the video of it a few pages back.
