How do you unlock the Scar-H? (Is it by class)? I unlocked all the weapons for assault apart of the general weapons, but I can't seem to find what the SCAR-H falls under.

Server browser for consoles. This means dedicated servers for consoles. We all know that DICE doesn't allow client-based servers anymore. You have to join a rented server from a game server provider. And all previous BF games on consoles had dedicated servers, too.
