lol what a stupid concept tbh "at least you can be a rebel in the video game while everything around you in rl goes downhill"
at least other video games are not trying that hard to suck and just be...video games.
Right, because shouting at someone from halfway across the bridge over all the car alarms and echos etc is effective communication.
Honestly I don't see how it was unrealistic in that regard at all. It's not even like they ordered you to kill the cops - they just disabled them by shooting in the leg.
Even if it was far-gone, so what? There is no need to be all "realistic" in a video game. Maybe we should stop playing all games with ghosts and monsters and zombies because they are too unrealistic. While we're at it, lets stop playing all games that have sound in space, allow you to reload almost instantly while saving all the bullets in your mag, have slow motion bullet-time effects, and practically every game with a HUD. I think the call to shoot added a really interesting twist that shows desperation in an intense situation. Why do you HAVE to look into it more than that?
I've fired 5.56 at the range with many other people firing 5.56 and long guns which were much louder without ear pro. You can hear people shouting just fine from about that distance the Rainbow operators were from the cops. Well, maybe I was a LITTLE closer, but still.
More importantly, why would there even be cops in the middle of the bridge like that if Rainbow had been deployed. Rainbow is essentially acting as a point-team, the Police should just be creating a perimeter.
