Some faggot did that to me the other day. I spawned in the jet at the beginning of the round and then he spawned on top of me. So I fly off and get killed some time later. The next time I go for the jet I take a Jeep to get to the run way faster. I stop a ways away from the runway and get out and walk up to it. Turns out the guy who spawned on top of my jet at the start of the round was waiting for a new one to show up too. But instead of waiting in line like decent folk do, this faggot takes my jeep, drive off with it, turns around and drives right at me. Well the jet just spawned so I was running towards it and then all of a sudden I got ran over by something. I was like WTF? How did that happen? Turns out this angry bitch jumped out of the jeep before it hit me and then I died. He took my jet, flew off, then crashed in the middle of the map. Fucking retards I tell you.

E: actually, thats abusing a mechanic in an otherwise team-kill-safe environment. this should probably be reported to the devs so they can do something about it, like make a vehicle retain "team mate ownership" when the team mate jumps out until its inertia dies out and it comes to rest, or until another person gets in.

And yes, I am mad. I just tried playing some Reach on Legendary with my usual set of skulls only to find that they've since patched the game and now it's so bullshit that I just rage quit. I put two stickies on an elite, he better be dead. I pump him with a full magazine of needles, he better explode and die.
