My comment about the 360 is because the hardware will undoubtedly hamper their ability to make it shine visually. If Bungie couldn't do it, I don't have much faith in 343i unless they are licensing CryEngine3 or something similar. I sincerely doubt that the Chief will look that good in the finished product.

Having Halo 4 on PC would take away from the Xbox's sales/attention, Microsoft would never do that.
