edit: Also, the Valve, GBX, Epic thing makes sense. I'm surprised at some of these rates, but I guess Activision is banking on the hope that Bungie has enough fans that will buy the game just because.

The Teen-rated game is actually not difficult to accomplish considering that Halo Combat Evolved was originally a Teen game. It was only changed as a result of some politics happening in the United States at the time. After that, the M-rating stuck to the FPS games made afterwards from Bungie.

Well I guess this means we can probably expect to see some information from Bungie about the game soon.

They posted a story acknowledging it happened ("Well, that just happened" was the name of a thread on their boards about it). They're sticking to their guns and will show off stuff when they're ready. If they're sticking to a Fall 2013 release, we'll possibly see a 30 second teaser at this year's E3 and a full trailer at next year's. They do get a quarter of a million a year to make ViDocs though. Either way, the only real thing the lawsuit revealed was the number of releases Bungie is aiming for.

It's pretty much a standard contract. It revealed a release schedule, royalties, etc.
