As for pasting old builds into the new world...here's how we're going to do it this time. I'm not going to make the schematic files for you. Someone saying "hey, copy and paste that one building from that one world for me" does not exactly make my life easy. I've been inactive for too long to know where people's builds are. Besides that, it's just too time consuming for me to do this all myself. So, this time, since you all now have access to the old worlds, you need to use Single Player Commands or MCEdit to save your build as a schematic file yourself. If you do that, you can give it to me and I'll paste it into the new world wherever you want. One condition, though: you must remove all chests from a build you want pasted. Since everyone is currently allowed to carry their materials over from the old worlds to the new world in-game, pasting in chests could possibly result in people duping their mats.

VirtualShop
"This plugin allows you to put items up for sale in a virtual store with a command and get paid via iConomy only when someone buys them."
Commands:
/shop - Displays all commands for the plugin and how to use them.
/find [item name or ID] - Find offers for the item specified.
/buy [amount] [item name or ID] [maxprice] - Buys items.
/sell [amount] [item name or ID] [price] - Sell items. The price specified is PER ITEM, not stack.
/cancel [item] - Remove all of the specific item you have listed from the shop, returning it to your inventory.
Warning: currently, if you use cancel and do not have enough room in your inventory to fit all of the items you canceled, you will lose the amount which didn't fit. For instance, if you have 2000 stone listed, but only room for in your inventory for 1500, you will lose 500 stone. This is a problem which will hopefully be fixed in the future.
/stock [player] [page] - Browse offers. If you do not specify a player, it will list all things being sold.
/sales - View transaction log.

Note: Just because we have an area protection plugin now does not mean you can do whatever you want in or around people's builds. You still can't. This is just an added layer of security. Also, do not protect things that are not yours, and do not protect areas which are extremely close to another player's area.
Money
Emeralds are now the backing for the currency. You can convert your emeralds at the bank near the spawn. They are worth $50 a piece.

The lag should be fixed now I think. Believe it or not, it was Bukkit causing it...the latest Bukkit recommended build. The description for a build that came two builds after the recommended one we were running pretty much explains it:

Make periodic chunk saving less aggressive and fixed double player data saving.

Emphasis mine. Herp derp...
I've never played on the Modacity server, but if you are doing any cross-world teleporting and what not, Bukkit still has a few bugs causing invisibility.
