Not really true. Human features change from many things, aging, stress, depression, and other psychological problems. But, AIs such as Cortana, are only based on people's brains, how they think, how smart they were, yada-yada. AIs can choose what avatar they want and change it in subtle ways as time goes on such as aging if they please, but that's not too likely. The AI BB (Black-Box) from the Glasslands book didn't even take a human shaped avatar, but was instead simply a blue cube.

I know such factors can cause physical changes, but there isn't enough shit in the fucking universe to make Halsey look like that old hag.

Also if we're going to quote wikis,

Notice how in my OP I said nothing about how "all AIs are modeled after the bodies of their source brain". I just said Cortana.
