I figured out how to get the Seraph on Long Night of Solice. That clearly means it's a drivable vehicle in the campaign, just like the Warthog.

Hold on, what is this Firepower Armour Mod? "Let's you carry two primary weapons" is how the narrator described it, does that just mean you can have two primary weapons at the start of a game? The in-game description seems to suggest that. Or is the default mode now limiting the weapon combinations people can pick up and use?
