What version of tool.exe is everyone using?

So I've been ripping my way through all the custom pams I like and one thing I noticed over and over again is geometry that doesn't compile with the stock version of tool but still has made it into a perfectly working map

    Example:

The brownish pipe isn't connected to the wall, it just penetrates it and therefore causes tool to stop compiling.

So is there a honey badger version of tool that just doesn't care about errors?

There is toolio.exe, that bypasses open edges.

Errors are important because they keep the BSP collision intact. Bypassing the errors creates issues and bugs in the map that just simply ruins the game.
You'd might want to just fix the open edges.
