I do not know if this was posted in here before, but considering I'm almost 127.. I'm gonna need something more to work towards other than commendations in this game.

I've challenged myself to use the worst gun in the game exclusively now. Now, I know I'm not good, but holy hell I am having fun racking up kills with the suppressor. I also managed to discover where it is best used too.
- Paired up with a buddy. Assist or steal the kill.
- Use ordinance near enemy spawns as a lure. Hide until they approach your stuff then take 'em out while they are grabbing your drop.
- In tight corridors, around corners, or in caves. Unleash hell.
Objective and FFA matches work to your advantage with the suppressor. I did both BTB and Team Slayer and only select BTB maps like Longbow, Vortex, and Exile seemed to work for me. You don't want something wide open like Ragnarok especially without buildings or enclosed chokepoints.
It's not a camping weapon, but you almost have to use it like one until you're comfortable with it. In time I was able to 1 v 3 BR opponents or go toe-to-toe with an overshielded, SAW waving maniac in the open. Also learning how to keep away from oncoming bullets helps. Dodging shit is half the battle. I use PV to keep tabs on nearby baddies. It lets me know how I should prepare. Use what you think is best though.
Hope this helped pave the way for future suppressor masters. Good luck.

Someone did a test and showed that among all of the automatic rifles, the Suppressor is the best up close and the Assault Rifle is the best from midrange. The Storm Rifle is like a hybrid of both rangewise because it isn't quite as proficient as both in their respective areas but closes the gap in between.
So I finally managed to beat the campaign on legendary last night. Holy shit that was a bitch. I don't think me and my friend have ever had that much trouble beating any Halo campaign before (been doing it since 1). Was pretty great though, will give them that.
inb4 wearing Mark VI armor like everyone else, I use Raider.
FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK those assholes. At least you have a chance at dodging Binary Rifles. If the Promethean Knights want to, they can just bumrush you then blast you to death.
H2 Jackals were also more scripted, so if you knew where they would be before they knew where you'd be then you were okay. The fact that both Knights and Crawlers could be ANYWHERE to shoot with a Binary Rifles is simply terrifying. I played a SpOps mission on Heroic on for some reason they ALL HAD BINARY RIFLES. I think I died like 20 times that game.
Only really had problem with the first scattershot user I encountered. Once I realized you can't let knights run to cover FUCKING EVER and you need a constant bead on them it became a lot more manageable. I kept a PP/"single-shot" secondary (to take down shields quickly), and a headshot-capable primary (preferring the DMR but often using the lightrifle) and things worked out.
