I'm going to start playing on the Korean server (thanks to Global Play) just to see how hilarious Bronze League is. And by hilarious I mean I'm going to be 0-2-50 by the end of this season.

Kr's really not that different. You'll have a shitty connection though. I was laddering there but I have better ping on NA.
Yeah, that's what I've heard, although I have heard also that Bronze/Silver/Gold leagues are significantly better than NA/EU. Do you use a Wireless connection or are you plugged into your router/internet?Originally Posted by n00b1n8R

Okay, didn't know if that'd help or not. I only suggested so because it significantly improves the performance of the connection. Ping is better (for me at least) when I'm plugged in versus going Wireless and I never lagout when I'm plugged in versus Wireless (when I lagout 1/4 of the time).

Yeah, it's a mess. Zerg is whining about being too weak (which they easily aren't), Terran is too smug for their own good, and Protoss is really struggling now since Gateway units haven't changed beyond fast Dark Shrine (which is lovely) and Sentries now come with Hallucinate rather than requiring research. Skytoss is only thing Protoss has going for them right now and it's very strong; a lot of Zergs are whining that it's OP and unbeatable (when pros like TLO and Life are proving that Zerg simply has to, wait for it, play their race differently at times). PvT is also a total mess because Protoss no longer have position micro advantages at chokes as a result of Hellbats and Speed Drops. Either way, Protoss aren't doing well at all right now, especially since they need their economy now more than ever and it's far easier to disrupt it now more than ever.
Aside from that, HotS is sooooooo much better than WoL. Sadly, I only got to play the Beta right before it ended (which means I technically have played the current version of balance) and even though I'm trying to practice in WoL, the simple issue that WoL's multiplayer population is ridiculously low makes that a true challenge.

Zergs arn't whinning, they are the weakest right now, protoss is fine terrans a a really good place.
Everything i've seen so far is that they'll balance it with Meta-game shifting.
Not sure which forum you're visiting. Battle.net is filled with whining Zergs and TeamLiquid.net is as well. I also disagree that Zerg is weakest right now; I just don't think many beyond a few pros have figured out how to use all of the units and tools they have now. I say Protoss is weakest currently because they have so few new tools to use beyond the Stargate, which Blizzard has already stated will receive a nerf of some kind in the future. Gateway units have no difference in durability and offense against many of the new compositions (Protoss included), so if you don't go with Skytoss then you're basically playing a very risky game.
I will completely agree that Zerg is currently weak as a result of the Metagame though. However, saying Protoss is fine in the Metagame is simply not correct.
