Feel like I'm forgetting a few others, but these guys I remember since I played their maps so many times... Good times.

Jahrain's stuff was fun, but sadly he never finished his stuff. :\
As for Tiamat, his stuff was fun for a bit, but QUICKLY got old. Beta tested Hugeass and that was pretty fun, but after awhile it lost its appeal...

mothergoat for immure, one of my favorite maps of all time. arteen had some pretty great maps too like delta ruins. portent by burke was good but i wouldnt consider portent a master feet in level design, although aesthetically it was great. yoyorast's islands (both versions) are pretty fantastic for a lot of reasons including gameplay. massacre and selentic's revelations map is a pretty great newer map combined with conscars amazing artistic ability in skybox creation.

there's alot of great maps out there and people who made them. suprsingly some of the people who have made these great maps have only made one or two (eg yoyorast), or bunch with only a few really standing out as great in particular (like arteen, selentic, or mothergoat)
