ZD Soft Game Recorder is rock solid on vista, although finding it on a torrent has been challenging....

Sorry, I saw the title, and since I can't change the name like the mods, I had to post this!
And to keep me out of trouble, you use Fraps to record video.

Some people use GameCam, but the watermark int he unregistered version is horrible...
