A. That wasn't even CLOSE to a flame. Falming is NOT disagreeing with someone.

B. "Have" and "half" are very, VERY different words.

My guess is that either those brutes have shields or that they are just there for looks.

Pretty sure its not shields as neither spartans or elites needed wiring on the outside for their shields.
