thats still pretty rough. Slap some detail onto the pillars, the walls, the ceiling.
If I add too much detail now, the next phase will be too complicated: I'm going to make this piece similar to The Maw, with all of the bent and broken areas. Some of the other scraps on the map will be more similar to the mangled wreckage seen on Burial Mounds. Also, one side of the map will be closed off by a MASSIVE bulkhead of the ship itself. Massive as in: the insignia on the side of the ship will be taller than three spartans.
nah, it won't be, this is all 100% modular stuff, you can just chop out 1 section, and break it, then paste it back in.
They, too are a part of the damage done to the structure. I'm working on the other pieces that have fallen from the UNSC ship (the two tower-parts of the bases), and I will go about the detailing after I have modeled both of those.
Is there anyone out there who would be willing to model (or find) and skin a Scorpion tank without its turret, an Albatross Dropship (seen on the beach of Relic), and an ODST Drop Pod?
Looks allright, the pillars need less indentation though... if you could understand that :\
More forerunner touch-ups on the ceiling could be used though.
