Yea the video is somewhere on youtube. Masterz he did show proof. He did make his own version of Hek. Try that out see if its good. He knows his stuff.

You see, this is what his engine did before he got the C&D:
1. Had an improved, AI-Syncing netcode.
2. Had it compatible with HPC as well as HCE and H2V maps, as well as any maps compiled with the engine.
3. Any maps compiled with the engine had optional H2 or H3 goodies thrown in.
4. It worked with maps directly from max, all you had to do is make the model in max, and you could export to a .map file, radiosity and everything were done automatically, and it also imported the .scenario files and whatnot to the appropriate folders, as well as make new .shader_environments for the level.

He probably did more, but he hasn't been talking about it since the C&D.

Betcha it was sacked for the compatibility with H2V maps. If that is even true........

To be honest I find that all very hard to believe. The sheer amount of reverse-engineering, structure investigation, and general work seem very hard for one person to do on their own - especially for no pay and in their free time. If it does radiosity directly from max, how does his toolset know what sky settings to use? How does it know what shader properties to set up? What "goodies" are involved? And how does halo 3 get roped into this? Masterz showed me a vid of it, and you know what it looked like? It looked like someone going in the debug cam around Bloodgulch. I smell a big pile of BS.

i kind of forgot that they are supposed to all be prepubs.

Their puberty is artificially induced by chemical injections or something similar to that. Read the books, especially Ghosts of Onyx for this information. Because of this, their voices will be lower, and they won't sound like children (at least those who survived; some of them didn't make it.)

They'll update when they feel like it, they'll update when they HAVE things to update. Remember(just saying, not yelling at you red), they don't owe you anything, and instead of updating, they can use that time to be working on the mod itself.

Yeah...its usually like a month and a half apart....and I'm a yuri man myself....

By the way, CMT's members get annoyed when all the new people ask for updates, betas and releases dates, so please try to not ask for any of those.

I think CMT say the beam rifle and covenant carbine are the biggest copies of other weapons. I think...

I can't stand either. We have toyed with the idea of another sniper rifle, but it's not going to happen. Covie carbine is just a boring gun IMO.

I actually quite liked the carbine, it was a fun weapon to me in h2 and h3 beta. But nevertheless, I still like the BR better (P.S. are you guys[CMT] making a new BR model or no?)

I would like to see a new one...not that the other ones flawed....and thats a shame about the carbine...but your right...it offers nothing to gameplay. It was just put in [H2] to be a counterpart for the BR.

Eh, I liked the shiny part, and it had more max rounds compared to the BR
