I do want to say though, never not play the game for 2 weeks because you decide to play 3 other games. Easy way to get bad and go on a painful losing streak. :|

Though to my credit most of them were Gold leaguers (I'm in Silver).

i thought practice meant improving your ability to be good (ie. win) at the game.
seems solid BoX logic is an important part of being good (and you suck at it!)

no i played zerg up untill just before the queen patch which is getting close to a year ago.

i switched because i thought zerg was getting ridiculously easy and overpowered.

Well at least you're right on that. Tbh though, n00b is right. Practice is fair game for any strategy, especially in a series where it changes. You play Terran now right?

Practice is about working on elements of the game.

i actually learn more making a custom game by myself and just creating build orders using loading and saving to get it perfect then i do trying something with him cause he just meta games. For instance he knows i CC first everygame with varying degrees of greediness, and to punish that he does things like a warpgate rush and just hopes i dont build a bunker, or things like proxy zealots or 2 gate openings, which mean nothing to me in practice because i want to practice the mid game and late game and strategy, not my micro skills against an early meta-game rush.
On the other hand if i wanted him to 4 gate me i'd ask and practice against that, but seeing as thats not what i'm trying to learn it's wasted time.

Stop 2 Proxy gating n00b, it makes Protoss players look like assholes just like Proxy Marauder 2 Rax makes Terran players look like assholes.

Though Bodz, if you know he's trying to do that then you should practice scouting and countering those cheeses. You can't go Macro every game, even if you want to practice it, but forcing him to do the same is a good way to practice Macro.
