Those are the reload animations. I rendered them using the old sniper model, so that explains why it's still there. The h2 arms are there because I animate with them now. CMT still uses the h1 arms ingame.
Also, I don't understand why you refer to h1's sniper as "shitty." I find its animations very nice. Could you explain this?

I Agree, People have been saying it's shitty, but I don't see what you guys do see. Reload animations for the Rifle are fine. :eyesroll:

Will there be any other special weapons other than the Portable Turret? Say, like the Missile Pod? By the way, the sniper looks fine with me, I don't see any thing wrong with it.

we didn't mean the sniper, we meant the h1 reload animation, on the original sniper rifle

1. Yes. I just like leet's sounds.
2. I'm not entirely sure, but most likely they will remain.
