My HPC weapon overview

Not really, you can fire off about 6 needles and retreat before anyone can 3sk you if you're near a corner. Works very well on beaver creek.

no people wont do it in CASUAL games. but for competition games were you use voice chat over xfire or something, lan games were you can strategies better with teammates or even on xbox 4 vs 4, it would work very well to have people useing the weapons more "strategically"

yes and if you pre-start the accelerated fire on the needler you can do a lot of damage just poping in and out of cover.
