    That's nice to hear! Happy you enjoyed... this is because its not a them parc as people can imagine before trying it.. it's a dam think and rethink complex strategicly created in each detail to serve one thing : The gameplay.

    Shame on me, you're right... But be helped to do something at the begining and you never learn by yourself... At the begining I was full time on the modeling part so I hadn't time to do anything else.. I could have learned when I ended with the modeling part... but it went this way.. that's life.. it took more time this way but.. anyway it's like past stuff now, the map is like done.. dont blame inferno, he made a very good job.. could have been faster or more passionated sometimes but.. it's completly normal, he joined someone else project, it's not like if it was his baby form scratch.. And let me tell you something, some other partners I had been so much less concerned to the HEK work I was asking them... leaving me sometimes with no news for more than one month.. inferno nerver did that.. he made a lot.. and others before made alot too... But frankly belive me or not, this is not something bout ego, this is the truth : I'm really ok to say it's a team work in the end... but one thing I know is that no one worked on it as I did, even if I not been in the script, lightmap and hek stuff myself. I'm telling this cause I saw "he's only a modler"... I'm not "only" a modler, I'm also a Remodeler damit lol... and remodeling an island like that took me ages for tons of reasons I'm not gonna list here.. nor I'm gonna list everything I made.. but you know sometimes leading/pushing/driving partners to do the job can take more strengh than doing the job itself.

    Ok. I've had it.
    No more bitching about putting in any kind of random useless shit.
    What made v1 so great was its gameplay and uniqueness, but it never went overboard, and any regular Halo CE player (such as myself) could use it with no problem.
    Now here's v2... and you want to integrate it with OpenSauce?(I don't even know what that is). Won't that make the map like, 10 times more complicated to use?
    Let me just say, If I have to do anything more than click the map and gametype to choose my vehicles and host a server... I'm not downloading.
    I think that Yoyo has been too influenced by the team's ideas. Yoyo v1 was ALL yoyo's ideas, and all the team did was make it. However, I'm afraid v2 has lost that quality.

    Belive me EX , there's nothing in this map I didn't want nor decided to put.. and it's like even better than I dreamed it when I 1st started. You'll see when we'll play in full player.. going to be hard core fun game.

    Using OS is not complicated at all. It's as simple as copying and pasting a dll into your Halo CE directory and never having to touch it again. I don't know why people make it out to be harder than it actually is.

    But as I stated earlier, I don't agree with forcing people to use OS in Yoyo V2. It is pointless to use it for the sole purpose of MTV. Why would you want to help your enemies by driving them around? Dwood, just give it a rest. Yoyorast doesn't want to use it, end of story.

    Well I won't be able to play till friday... but whatever. At least I was in the beta. And Inferno says my name's somewhere on the map.

    If a map uses OS, I feel the introduction of OS needs to happen at the start of the map creation. Not during or at the end of the map.

    OS in a map, designed for the use of OS would be phenomenal, the only reason I havent ventured into it, is because stubborn Dennis won't allow maps if they require OS to play, what an opportunity wasted.

    What Dennis of Halomaps doesn't want the OS maps on his site? and noone told me that.. ok no need to discuss anything else about whetehr or not its good for the gameplay or not, complicated or not... This reason itslef close the debate for me...

    Hes said in the past that he could never get OS to work for his Halo, mainly because hes and idiot and stuff. Hence why Jcap made the OS debug thread, Dennis said he wouldnt accept OS stuff, he may have changed his mind, but I very much doubt it.
