Last night at 2:00AM while eating half a tub of neopolitan icecream and jamming to classic RAWK in the kitchen, i had an idea for a vehicle that is a combination of a tricycle, a boat, a hovercraft, and a dune buggy. This is what i've made of it so far, ill probably go through 4 or so more versions before im satisfied that she's good enough. For now, she'll be a good placeholder model in evo.
total model time: 3 hours. model completion: 56%
-_- I don't know what it is.... I doubt I'll ever fully understand...
How the hell does that thing move properly?
Haha, its so awesome you guys are awestruck on its bold design! yes, i know, i am amazing.
@ lag, FAIL
first of all, you should realise that you know SHIT!
HELLO COCKY, jesus christ. sorry to break it to you, but the fact that you know how to give surfaces glossiness and reflections/refractions doesn't make you a shader master, it just means you're a retard that can make golssy/reflective/refractive surfaces that thinks he's good at something.
you can call yourself a shader master when you fulle understand de deep workings of high-performance renderes, you actually give the proper light-indext to fluids and meterials, instead of a random number, the right amount of golssiness, bump, specularity, the proper falloff coeficcients. (sp?) you understand how caustics work, can make proper fresnel reflections/refractions. that's BASICS for a "teh shader and l1ghting m4ster".
WELCOME THE THE WORLD OF 3D ART MAN!
