From what i have read up on, it is everybody's fault--all of you have to take responsibility for your actions. Yelling at each other never helps, it only worsens the situation. Why, if i became angry at the morally deprived souls that ask me for help, i would have never gotten anywhere with my own life--and i wouldn't of given them the blessing of a helping hand to help their lives up.
