If my laptop (1.6ghz Core 2 Duo, 2gigs ram, GeForce Go 7600) can't play h2v @ 640x480 low settings no AA and get hardly 15 fps, your laptop will most certainly not run it well at all.

Wow your computer must be fucked up cause I have a 7300 go and 2 gigs of ram and I get a smooth 30fps....

Xell I sold it back, so once I get a g1 (definitely not anytime soon ) i'll buy it again and it'll most likely install fine. And I'm pretty sure windows Update wasn't running. Its okay, I don't want to install h2v on my shitty graphics card anymore anyway.

The only time we've been able to repro this issue internally is when Windows update is also running. Make sure this is not running when you try to install H2V. If that still doesn't work then please let me know.

I turned off windows update on mine, I even disabled it but that didn't help, still same error.

Ignore this guys. ._. It plays H2V 1024x768 high settings 4xAA fine.

lol i just bought a laptop that had the G945m gpu in it, and i have problems running Need for speed Most Wanted at 680x420 at almost the lowest settings. Good luck trying to run Halo 2 on it.

(I paid $100 for a 1.6g Intel core 2 notebook with a 15.4" widescreen monitor, 1 gig ram, DVD+RW, 120gig WD Sata HDD, so im not complaining about it really.)
